That season finale of BCS was fucking awesome.  And omg that last scene was brilliant, Jimmy you icy motherfucker

And I'd be fine with the Mike side of Season 5 just being him vs Lalo

You could see Kim's heart shatter in that final scene. Rhea Seehorn has been snubbed for the first three seasons, to ignore her at next year's Emmys would be a crime.

This is allegedly Macaulay Culkin now

He has the face of a 40 year old man, the body of a man in his late 30s, and the small hands of a 12 year old. His fingernails appear to be bleeding.

Strange.

I assume you're referring to the Red Sox/Yankees game that's sending my blood pressure through the roof right now, no?

Friggin' Kimbrel, dude.

so Vice can easily get in the green with a 40M budget providing it's a big Oscar contender. We'll see what happens.

No way Vice is just 40m right ?

The studio’s anticipated December release “Vice,” about Dick Cheney, cost a bloated $60 million to produce.

60M is pretty inline with that California qualited expense.

WarnerMedia Launching Direct-To-Consumer Streaming Service In Fourth Quarter Of 2019

https://deadline.com/2018/10/warnermedia-launching-direct-to-consumer-streaming-service-in-fourth-quarter-of-2019-1202480224/

Streaming is over. It’s dead. It’s finished. We’re gonna end up having to pay cable and satellite prices (or more) to get all the content we used to get.

I wonder who will be next. Viacom could have a go (which I’m guessing is partly why they tried to merge with CBS). Comcast could too. I don’t think Sony have the content to do it themselves.

EDIT: Straight from Warner’s CNN.

https://edition.cnn.com/2018/10/10/media/att-warnermedia-streaming-service/index.html

Quote

"Our service will start with HBO and the genre defining programming that viewers crave. On top of that we will package content from Turner and Warner Bros. with their deep brand connections that touch both diverse interests and mass audiences," Stankey said in an internal memo.

HBO, Cartoon Network, AdultSwim, Classic MGM... this could easily come out the gate rivalling Netflix. It sounds monstrous.

Would the DC streaming service and FilmStruck be a part of Warner's new thing, or will they still be separate?

I imagine it will be everything almost all AT&T own using HBO go structure and brand by expending it.

Warner already having that direct to consumer popular platform (HBO has still more clients than Netflix I think, with 142 millions) make it quite natural.

WB saw what Disney was doing with their streaming service and was like "hold my beer."

WB have been in the OTT business for a while now, since 2010. Well HBO on broadband started in 2008. And since 2014 it is completely like a Netflix, no need for a cable deal to go with it.
