lol it's a yorkshire accent not that hard to understand (full disclosure i used to date a girl from yorkshire). it's just a slightly thicker sean bean accent.

You really thought the editing and cinematography, etc... was like a soap opera ? Felt high end craft through and through to me.

 

Wasn't desperate housewives quite good ? It got really good critics back in the days.

It has high production values. Maybe that got people tricked into thinking they are watching something good. The content tho is nothing special imo
