What do you think will pass it this years? Infinity War? Gotta figure Lion King will easily surpass it WW. I bet Episode IX falls short.

Infinity War and Fallen Kingdom have a good shot, imo (if both are well-reveived), with IW beeing the far more likely candidate. Id bet Episode IX will easily go past 1,4B.

While I don't expect it to drop much, I see IX staying dipping DOM and WW. Thinking $575M+ DOM and maybe $1.25B+ WW.

The funny thing about DH2's worldwide gross is that no film topped it in 2013, 2014, 2016, and likely 2017. 2012 only had Avengers, but fucking 2015 had FOUR films beating it.

I think Infinity War and Lion King will beat it this year. DH2's technically the sixth highest grossing film worldwide this decade, and I don't want it to fall below ten by the end of the decade.

TGS's 4th weekend will beat it's ow of 8.8 (amazingly impressive even for a wed opener).

Jumanji's 4th weekend understandably will be below it's 36 ow but should beat SW8's 4th weekend (23.7).

That's usually what happens though. The Best Picture nominees at the very least (at least the ones that are still in theaters) will be around until Oscar night (being such encourages theaters to hold onto them even if for 2 shows a day).

I hope something like janaury 2013 could repeat itself, where a bunch of award players playing crazily.....

Paddington and Star Wars numbers have already come in and are less by .2M than what Deadline's showing here. Greatest Showman is in on the nose though. Commuter as well I believe.

So TGS is 5 for the 4 day, not 6, like the chart says...and if it beat TLJ yesterday by .2M, they really think TLJ will outdraw it with families this weekend?  I'd say TGS might have the 4 day, and not just the 3 day over it...

And the chart is misleading...3 day is:

1. Jumanji

2. The Post

3. The Commuter

4. TGS

5. TLJ
