Funny enough, I just watched the top alphabetical movie, 12 Angry Men 1957, for the 1st time last week...and I gotta say, it also has a timelessness that is so hard to achieve...not sure it makes my Top 10, but I am giving it serious thought for Top 100...

 

If it's not obvious, I definitely place a high value on timelessness and rewatchability for best movies...I look for the Mona Lisa and the Sistine Chapel of movies - accessible and highly valued by the public generation after generation:)...what do Jane and Joe Smith feel like they want and have to see, even if it's older:)...

I don't see why winter solider can't be around 90-100 on someone's list. it's all subjective. It's a good spy/political thriller that asks a lot big questions and is regarded as the best of a franchise that has average to great quality movies.

I agree.  We all have different tastes.  I don't begrudge anyone having any film on their list.  I have Friday the 13th the Final Chapter on mine, so.... you know.

There's a few new ones on the list.  Some films moved up, some down.

New at 93 is Seven.  

This is the End is also new, as is It Follows and TFA.

Nightmare on Elm Street moved up about 50 spots after realizing how absolutely amazing that film is.
