They really want to lure younger audiences here, they don't trust fans of the old movie to make it profitable with a such huge budget.

this movie can work as a nostalgia product of a style of big movies don't exist anymore.

 

Putting a rap- rock- pop song on it like it's just another post modernist  action blockbuster like every one made in this century it's not a good idea.

apart for the song choice which imo didnt fit the tone

 

movie looks super epic and looks really good... Dont see to much crappy modern CGI and seems more real scenes and effects so it stands out from a lot of recent movies as well.

 

This film wont do a super flop but with a 300 million budget it needs to become a mega hit to reach a profit.
