This week is the earliest we can get a first trailer. I could also easily see them making it exclusive to theatrical screenings of Doctor Strange 2 as a bonus after the credits. They certainly can. The Marvel logo alone should sell people on the movie so they really don't need to do much.

Yeah with merch and stuff being out already I'd be shocked if we don't get a trailer this week. We're already closer to release without a trailer than any Marvel movie in the last 14 years.
