Its consistency is incredible, and now FB is also going to make above £50m. Theres no point talking about SW 77 because back then admissions were so different. In the 21st century, Potter easily trumped SW. If we want to talk about something that is even bigger than Potter, then Bond is it. And maybe the original LOTR trilogy but then again, The Hobbit films were quite disappointing here. Nothing has the staying power of Potter. Doubt it. I think that is the difference between HP and SW where I think HP popularity will mostly stick to the generation who grew up on it.
