Fortunate since Lego opens on Friday. glad its managed to get some ££ in before that. both movies should have good runs through half term and beyond. Can't help but feel that Lego is gonna steal its thunder. at least we do have the market to accommodate multiple family films. just for instance, at the same cinema, comparing tickets sold for this upcoming Saturday. Both movies have 10 showings - Lego has sold 80 tickets, HTTYD has sold 18. obvs this is a tiny sample size but just to give an idea. I think LEGO will do pretty well actually. Cant remember what the first one opened to.
Krissykins
I think Escape Room was hurt by Netflix adding another film with the same title and set up at the same time. A shame for Can You Ever Forgive Me but great for Green Book. The cineworld unlimited screenings were packed in December for that, but they were secret. I can’t believe that many people went to see The Favourite.

Jonwo
I imagine the number 1 film will either be Lego again or Instant Family. The Kid who would be King might do okay but it's the third kids movie out in a few weeks.

Didn't realise Cineworld are only putting it in larger cinemas. I'm about to see it and there's only 2 other people here.
