Even I wouldn’t see it in 3D.

If it’d been filmed with 3D cameras and they’d actually planned for it to be in 3D from the start, then sure, I’d be open to a 3D Scream film, but this reeks of Paramount seeing the success of Avatar in 3D and knocking together a quick and nasty post conversion job to cash in.

There’s no way they were planning for this to be in 3D two months ago, I bet it’s as badly handled as the notorious Clash of the Titans 3D conversion. These studios really can’t help shooting themselves in the foot, stuff like this will send 3D back to the deep freeze it was in before Avatar 2 (briefly) resurrected it.

In Ireland they’re selling 3D tickets. Wonder if Avatar is having an effect. Why is it 3D

On the official website they only list 2D, 4Dx, and iSense for Ireland.

I still kinda think the 3D listings are meant to be 4DX but guess we'll see. I personally won't see it in 3D (or 4DX).

does any horror movie, or movie in general for the future, have a character theme song as memorable as Dewey's?  i don't think anything invokes the type of feelings this does!

the theme is actually Hans Zimmer's theme for Broken Arrow.

SuperBowl spot announcing tickets on sale now:

Still no marketing mentions 3D, which is weird. The official website does now list 3D showings so I guess it is a thing, but you'd think they'd mention it in promos.
