The thing is the "final and best offer" probably didn't directly say they will have control of the likeness, but rather the wording on the contract allowed for this. That's why the AMPTP needs to change the wording.

Kinda surprised to see that the guild lost on the minimums. AMPTP was adamant on 7% increase while SAG wanted 11% and then lowered to 9%, I thought for sure SAG was gonna get that one.

Not yet. Very curious to see what the residual agreement was.

Marvels is probably kaput but two weeks should be good enough for Wish to promote its "human element", especially since the songs are already becoming semi-popular

THG had an interim agreement so the actors have been doing promo for a week now, but Dinkage and Viola Davis should be fully aboard now. 

 

Also this allows Wish to have 2 weeks of actors doing promo, way better than nothing before.
