This will be the biggest Bond ever. $1.5 billion worldwide. 

 

I believe that Spectre will outgross Skyfall. I'm saying 1.3 Billion. If Skyfall was Bond's The Dark Knight or Avengers, then Spectre will be The Dark Knight Rises or Iron Man 3. We could see a small increase or large increase, but there will be an increase.

3rd act? Well you know scripts have been worked during filming.

and from what I've read and heard BEYOND that obviously-negatively-spun Gawker article, the first 100 pages are actually pretty damn good, act 3 is expectedly a bit of a letdown but the writers knew about it being a letdown.

EON PRODUCTIONS, the producers of the James Bond films, learned this morning that an early version of the screenplay for the new Bond film SPECTRE is amongst the material stolen and illegally made public by hackers who infiltrated the Sony Pictures Entertainment computer system.

 

Eon Productions is concerned that third parties who have received the stolen screenplay may seek to publish it or its contents. The screenplay for SPECTRE is the confidential information of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Danjaq, LLC, and is protected by the laws of copyright in the United Kingdom and around the world. It may not (in whole or in part) be published, reproduced, disseminated or otherwise utilised by anyone who obtains a copy of it. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Danjaq LLC will take all necessary steps to protect their rights against the persons who stole the screenplay, and against anyone who makes infringing uses of it or attempts to take commercial advantage of confidential property it knows to be stolen.

The Gawker article reduces the first 100 pages into a 100 word synopsis, any movie reduced to that kind of a synopsis - He goes here, kills this person, hooks up with this person, kills another person and meets a third person while X meets Y in a different location to discuss tactics - will sound similarly bad. It is interesting that everyone seems to agree that the third act twist is weak since that is what most people will be expecting from the movie, a  mind blowing third act twist especially since SPECTRE is being introduced. Hopefully they can fix any issues soon.
