She is asking for sole custody of Suri -- the couple's only child -- as well as a "suitable amount" of child support.Though Holmes' attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, told People that the former "Dawson's Creek" star hoped to keep details under wraps, he did express that his client is focusing on what's best for Suri at this time.
