Doubt it. Kurzel's Macbeth is still in post-production and he was announced as AC director only days weeks ago. And they hired new writers few weeks ago as well so I guess they need at least 5 or 6 months for pre-production now.

i'm not familiar with their works, but going by imdb the director and writers are the run-of-the-mill hacks that are usually hired for these kinds of projects. you'd think Hollywood would learn something from Prince of Persia.
