CJohn
Expendables 2 did $300M. It needed to combine all of them together. Taken only needed one person to do 375M WW.
Fake
Poor for DH. But I half expected this to happen. People have been rejecting lame attempts at reboot/comeback right out of gate lately. Edited February 16, 2013 by Fake
Gopher
Holdovers did very well. Warm Bodies is down 20%, SLP is down 10%, ZDT is down 30% despite losing half its screens, Argo and Lincoln are down 13%, Django is down 34%. Life of Pi is down 9% and for its 14th weekend of release its PTA has been amazingly strong. Just look at these drops- http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?page=weekend&id=lifeofpi.htm
The Stingray
Liam Neeson must be laughing at this with his friends. His original action movies are doing well at the box office (Unknown, The Grey) while is main franchise is a beast (Taken). Stallone, Arnold and Statham are finished, and Bruce's Die Hard is dead (lucky for him, he has RED 2, which is a different type of action franchise, and he is doing well in Looper/MK type of stuff). DH5 won't touch Taken 2 WW. You know he's not American?

Michael Gary Scott
I fucking loved it. Maybe I was just starved for a comedy. My last one was This is 40, and we all know how that turned out. This is 40 was great!

Sure he's finally getting some spotlight as a leading man, but he's nowhere near the legendary status of people like Stallone and Schwarznegger. Just because they are not as relevant now, doesn't mean that you can erase the past and the tons of decades where they were on top as leading men. I tell you, some of the youngsters today have no respect. Shame. As for Satham, I don't even know why you are putting him with Stallone and Schwarzengger in the first place. Ugh, anyways... The only people who are trying to erase those actor`s past as top leading men are those actors with their poor choice of movies. Shit won`t bring you back on top nor it`ll earn you new generation`s respect. Neeson is doing well because Taken and Gray were at least good and Neeson acts his age unlike TE Clan that cracks geriatric jokes amid OTT cartoonish superhuman action that looks LOL on younger actors let alone badly nip`n`tuck`d senior citizens. You don't get it, they can retire or go straight to video from now on, but they would still be hollywood legends and perhaps the most famous action movie stars in history. Get it? Neeson is peaking later on his career but he was a nobody for years, you have to look at everything not just the last 2 years. Whatever.
TLK
If The Legend of Conan bombs then we can say Arnold is finished. Legend Of Conan will likely bomb as the Conan movies were never big commercial hits in the first place. They did well overall but the concept is a tough sell these days. Sly`s plastic surgery turned him into the Elephant Man, especially his half-paralized lips and one side of his face that pulls his eye down.

It was miserable to watch him trying to laugh in Expendables 2. Also just look at these arms!! *puke*
