Over 2 weeks we will see how the legs are. If TWS has a better hold over the next few days it might even get the 400M mark. If the China release is awesome TWS could close the gab quickly.

It's probably just inaccurate reporting. Doesn't make sense in either cases: Monday impossibly high or highly underestimated overseas' weekend.
