Internationally / foreign results list for the MCU, it just surpassed IM 1 and Thor 1, only needs under $32m to surpass IM 1 worldwide

Correction:

 

Germany seems to have opened (without a public holiday) with 460,000 to ~ 462,000 admissions (text says 490,000 adm., but I think that might be a typo bcs. of #6) => 6th highest OW of the year and as such over CA 2

Well, 400 OS is a lock since China wont do less than $60-70m. It will probably be another 100m hit in China, so 450m or Captain America 2 is in the cards.

It has a shit release date in China so 100 mill may not happen..More likely is 60-80 mill IMO

Yeah, focusing on Rocket and Groot is going to be the only way for a successful run, so excellent marketing.  

 

Disney is reducing ticket prices for Guardians by 65%(!) for its first 3 days in release, too (Sat-Mon, Mon. is a holiday).  Disney really wants it to breakout here, so we'll see what happens.

Guardians Of The Galaxy has reached $296,4m through Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International and executives will look to a decent debut in Japan to ease the Marvel Studios release past $300m.
