I won't. I still haven't seen the original.

It's worth seeing at least once.  It's not great but it's nowhere near as bad as some are saying either

Emirazza: Just the technological aspect.

Jim: Which is a MASSIVE part of cinema, whats your point?

Emirazza: Its a part of cinema, but that alone won't make a good film.

Jim: Without technology you would have a flip book...

I think you need to apologuise mister.

I don't have time to deal with your ignorance, sorry.

I can barely muster any interest in one Avatar sequel, let alone four. Like Ridley with his Prometheus sequels, I think it's overkill and Cameron's in over his head.

Prometheus is a glib facimile like The Force Awakens.

Avatar will expand on the universe and create something more, it will be a truly epic saga.

Just Avatar?

What the fuck are you talking about? I just said that I don't give a shit about most movies. I'm probably not going to watch The Jungle Book, the Independence Day sequel, or any superhero movie.

I do like animated features, though. I'm only here because of my obsession with Zootopia starting when I watched its final trailer.

Huh, I would have thought with your double digit post count in this thread you would atleast give a little of a shit.

It's going to be the same circular argument for the next two years. People who don't like Avatar are going to say it will disappoint and people who love it will say it's going to keep pace. From an objective perspective I think you're setting yourself up to look like an idiot if you doubt anything Cameron does now that he's destroyed expectations twice.
