RichWS
Completely off-topic, but HOLY SHIT: Not sure if I should be impressed or scared that someone spent time putting that together. A solid combination of both with a twinge of sadness, I guess.

forg
Muppets ended up a #5. I think they can still make a muppets movie but budget should be around 25M so they can be profitable Good for Mr. Peabody & Sherman but since fellow FOX movie Rio 2 is on next week might suffer a big glow, I can imagine it losing a lot of theaters Frozen actually increased despite losing theaters. Non stop did really well. Could end around mid 90s Wow at Nut Job's holds just -12% Gravity also increased this week, is it doing the rounds of dollar theaters now? Captain Craig
Cap should get 6-6.5m today. I'm just hoping for anything over $5. Would love for it to get $20m for M-Th going into a weekend where I feel it can do another $50m. Placing it at $200m in it's third weekend. I would be very happy if it gets there, but I am expecting around 45m for now.

As I'd expect, the top placing theaters are going to have multiple shows. (As when Seattle's Pacific Place showed up a few weeks ago for GBH. It had something like 17 showings). It'd be interesting to see which theaters get the most out of their showings, though. While I think we'd probably see many of the same theaters, there are probably some smaller movie houses that might get more out of their more limited resources. I saw both Thor:TDW and Captain America: TWS on that IMAX screen as well as Divergent. Those were awesome too but not the same when not shot in IMAX. They didn't have 1 sell out. Haha my theater is number 22. Shout out to AMC Orange. Surprised LB is not up there. And SF went hard this weekend. Rarely see it up that high. I've always been amazed that there are only 13 screens but it seems to always be one of the strongest performing theaters in the country. Also pretty crazy that the biggest IMAX screen in the country is at a pretty small theater overall. You'd expect it to be at a 20-30 screen theater or something.
