reddevil18
It has enough in the tank domestically for another 22M, OS will dwindle but should add another 20 or so at least. A 630M+ finish is looking likely. Would've been nice to hit 650, but all-in-all, not bad, considering the disappointing domestic run. James
It has enough in the tank domestically for another 22M, OS will dwindle but should add another 20 or so at least. A 630M+ finish is looking likely. It made 40M this past week OS. It has much more than 20M left in the tank, even with Exodus opening. 650M is absolutely locked.
Avatree
It has enough in the tank domestically for another 22M, OS will dwindle but should add another 20 or so at least. A 630M+ finish is looking likely. It made like 55M this past week, why would it only have 42M left? It's going great overseas, it can hit 700M if it's lucky, and even edge past Gravity. 650M is the minimum. reddevil18
Losing China altogether will put the breaks on it. 650 is not locked yet.

Rsyu
So possible remaining gross from Domestic and overseas markets Domestic: $22M China: $3M South Korea: $3-6M Remaining OS markets: Exodus and TH3 opens in many territories this week so we could be looking at a big decrease. The OS gross without China and South Korea last week came to around $23M. Since Interstellar has been released for over a month in most markets and the majority aren't all that leggy, I expect above 50% drops to happen now leading to a projected total gross of $18-22M as the ceiling. Worldwide I can see $640M happening and perhaps $650M although the latter will be a struggle I think.
Michael Seng Wah
Anyway, IS is already a huge success the time when it crossed $450mil WW, which I was worried at first that it can't get through. Great job =)
Godzilla
Total Lifetime Grosses Domestic: $166,800,000 26.8% + Foreign: $455,000,000 73.2% = Worldwide: $621,800,000 DAMN $455M OS! I wasn't even predicting that. What a success. http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=interstellar.htm
grim22
Via Deadline: Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar has now hit $455M internationally after grossing another $11.4M this weekend. That gives it 621M WW, around 14M more to come domestically and 10-15 to come OS, 640M WW is a lock with an outside shot at 650M WW.
redfirebird2008
Wow, it had a better week overseas than I expected. Looks like $640m worldwide should happen. It's already at nearly $622m. Should make another $10m domestic at least. Gotta think it should be able to pull in at least $8m more overseas too, even after losing China on Friday. If it reaches $645m or so, it's pretty safe to say it beat Gravity's worldwide admissions. Shame that the media portrayed one as a resounding success and the other as a failure. Fucking bullshit 3D boosts. Edited December 14, 2014 by redfirebird2008

It's amazing that studios respect Nolan so much that they didn't do a 3D conversion for international markets like Noah and a couple other movies did this year.
Dale Cooper
I don't see how it can miss $640m at this point and unless it starts falling harder it should have a good shot at $650m as well. Another $15m OS should happen considering it did more than that excluding China this week, and $13m domestically should be doable.
picores
I'm really impressed by the OS take. To outgross Gravity without 3D is a great thing.

WB must be well pleased with the deal they made with Paramount.
