This movie targets teen audiences, and this public don't give a shit to reviews, when a movie looks unappealing to them (and it seems the case since it is barely appearing in social medias), they're not going to watch even if it receive universal acclamation, and I doubt that the older audience is going to watch a movie like Ouija. 

 

A drop in the same range of Sinister > Sinister 2 wouldn't surprise me at all.

Holy bajaizas, Flanagan wasn't hit w/the same curse that screwed over Wingard. He actually made Ouija 2 not bad. He made the sequel to one of the worst horror films EVER... not bad (according to WOM). Wow. Double wow.

 

That's actually kinda unprecedented. Has there ever been a sequel to a shitty first horror film that actually was good? (PS: The Purge films aren't any good, so those can be thrown out the conversation.)
