I loved Turtles, Ghostbusters and Thundercats as a kid but watching them now they're clearly... a bit shit. BTAS actually holds up. For a children's cartoon it was incredibly restrained. filmscholar Posted August 9, 2014 Author Share Posted August 9, 2014 I still can't understand why Hollywood would try to "adapt" Battleship when they have Power Rangers, Thundercats and He-Man sitting around unused. Made no sense. Yes "Battleship" is a legendary game but I don't agree with the Board game Movies. Plus it was trying way to hard to be Transformers.
