I'll probably watch this, but I'm pretty indifferent to the franchise overall. Bourne just isn't a compelling enough character.

This is in a really good position with Damon coming off of one of his biggest lead roles ever. There's been just enough time between the two for a real demand for the franchise's (proper) resurrection too. Could be huge.

I don't understand why.  It's a perfect way to get Bourne back in the picture.  He's living peacefully, off the grid, everything is fine, peaceful, and then bam the fuckers that control the world decide to set him up.  He's an easy target.  Bourne gets sprung back into action.

Bourne is more than enough for the title imo. No need to dig out for other titles.
