Heat Vision
C'mon, you know it isn't bad. And 'quality' isn't the main selling point of the movie any way. Not this time. Compared to F5 & F6 is bad in my opinion. Both are much better films.
Poseidon
The holdovers look heavily deflated. So there was some remarkable impact on saturday.

kswiston
It matters if this wants to beat TA's worldwide gross. What I meant is that I think that Furious 7 will be more or less wrapped up before Age of Ultron even releases.
Godzilla
I never thought this movie would increase domestically from the first. The people who weren't enamored with the first movie are not going to see this, so that alone means a decrease.
KATCH-2D2
The arrogance from the other side is unbearable too. But I personally take this case over it doing crazy numbers again. The whole success of GOTG last year inflate that smug level to the max, it was ugh. 100% agree on that. I didn't realise that until 2 days ago. Now they're getting worse and worse (... you know who you are!).
Godzilla
The Question is: How much is left in the gas tank for the FURIOUS Movies??? You can only do so many elaborate car stunts before that wears thin.. Enough tank for it make money the next 20 movies.

They can only go down from Furious 7 imo.

KATCH-2D2
Compared to F5 & F6 is bad in my opinion. Both are much better films. They are. Paul Walker's still alive back then though so those films didn't get the attention they deserved.

The Dark Alfred
People can take me seriously now when I state again that Disney won't win the year. Yes they have Ultron and SW and it seems a no brainer for most to predict Disney finally finishing the year on top. They haven't done it domestically for more than a decade and the trend will continue. If BvS does 400+M and gets good reception, JL can beat the OW record. stuart360
I'm sort of surprised the novelty of the FURIOUS movies hasn't worn off?? What makes them so special aside from a funeral ending for F7??? Guilty pleasures, throw away fun, etc. They have a bit of everything for 2 hours of fun escapism.

forg
Furious 7 is the peak but since it's so high, the franchise still has a lot of room to fall and yet be financially successful nevertheless
