You saw it here first ladies and gentlemen.

I always wondered why she was fat in the comics but slim on the cover...

So basically JW is gonna break the June record by a hundred million.

Is this one of those weekends where we're counting the Walmarts as part of MoS's OW or one of those weekends where we're not? I can never keep track

It's so insane to see numbers like this. I'm at a fucking loss.

Pratt Power for life.

director, screenwriter is the man for its success. Then pratt, and bryce dallas howard and cast and just brillant marketing. Raptor team in traliet and pratt and the park open scenes were brillant

We have moved way past when the preview numbers came out. Man of Steel never stood a chance... It wasn't a fair battle

I wonder when deadline will whip out their "calculator" again and raise their range to $191 - $192 million.

My favorite thing about Deadline's box office articles nowadays is the ridiculous "multiplier based on Cinemascore" that they include for some reason. An A- CS means a 3x multiplier where as a A+ is a 3.5x, who is making that up?

RIP Inside Out. That is dead. Hell, Ted 2 is dead. Universal killed their own movie. Terminator is also dead.

One movie doesn't carry the marketplace on its own. The box office outside of JP is a graveyard. Inside Out and Ted will be relatively fine.

Lol my post was making fun of my intial comments.

It was a generic blockbuster but it's like Avatar and Ta 1.

Well made all around wide appeal entertaining film.

The film was old school 90s in it's style and that is what people want.

Just like I thought it's playing strong with families. 220M should happen now.

221M OW. Absolutely fucking amazing.

13% drop might be a bit generous.

Even with a 20% drop of course, it looks crazy.

Does it really matter? It smashes it in epic fashion either way

We will see more dinosaur movies for sure. So if Marvel has one, let them announce it asap and release it within next 3 years while the rod is hot.

Also a batman movie with dinosaur if this is accurate. Bring it one wb.

Well, he has one in his batcave, does that count?

It is gonna happen the same that happened when Avengers opened. It is gonna kill the market. Disney should just stop marketing Inside Out because that is dead

It was inevitable.

I'm sad too, but JW is simply more fun than TA1.

I say this as a loyal member of the Marvel Army, Marvelite, and believer in the Fiege Regime
