$30m+ is going to be a lock.

I wouldn't say it's a lock.

Some of the biggest December movies Christmas Eve % drops:

Titanic 41

Avatar 32

Fellowship of the Ring 54

The Two Towers 42

Return of the King 40

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe 40

An Unexpected Journey 46

Desolation of Smaug 33

Battle of the Five Armies 39

Meet the Fockers 42

I am Legend 57

It's difficult to contemplate The Force Awakens dropping less than 30% when looking at other films.  But  if any movie is going to  defy Christmas Eve, it will be Star Wars.

29-31

Anything over 25mil is a gift.

29-31 would be like when you were 8 and you thought you had opened all of your presents and then at the end your dad goes  into the garage and comes out with a puppy.

I want a puppy Rth!

I hope Thursday's numbers look solid! I was at a Christmas Eve dinner with my girlfriend and her family. Two of her family members (cousin and aunt) saw the movie today, for what it's worth.

Merry Christmas everyone!! Hopefully this movie crushes it at the box office this weekend. I'll be going Saturday morning. Another friend is going Saturday also, and my editor (I own a media production company) is seeing it for the first time at the Chinese on Saturday. Going to be a big Saturday, I think!

Only 42 members sitting in this topic waiting hoping for a @Rth package on Christmas Eve?

Slackers.

While waiting go make your predictions in the Derby... 9 short of 100.

here it's 7:45 o'clock in the morning, already prepared the meal for our X-Mas ~ feast (?)

= 2.25 kg leg of lamb roasted, the same with eggplant, carrots,...

Real fond/base made from scratch...

Only not fresh parts: olives & tomatoes (sadly tinned food),...

Now sitting in the oven for still at least 3 1/2h to 4 hours

.... already smelling nice, means I am getting hungry. Family still sleeps = really waiting for breakfast
