MEH-MORIAL DAY WEEKEND BOX OFFICE | Abandon all hope, the box office is dead. 3 day weekend #s X-Men 65M, Alice 28.1M, Angry Birds 18.7M, Civil War 15.1M, Neighbors 9.1M. Bad openings, horrible holdovers.

man walking into the weekends thread and going right to the final page, when you've been at work all day, it's like walking into a different dimension. You have no idea what's going on and people are talking about things that make you go WTF lol

Walking out of a movie is for wimps. I endured Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. It was a life altering experience

I feel ya man.  :(

I endured all of Fant4stic.  Only reason I stayed was I was seeing it with cousins.

Not to mention, it was in a really cool retro theater.

Jeeez, I don't even want to remember that. Such a torturing experience. Why the hell did I thought it was a good idea to watch that garbage in theaters?

the best was High Rise. I loved it but just about 50% of the audience (almost all oldies) GONE before the climax. some ladies muttering under their breath about the depravity of it all while leaving. meanwhile i was max cady laughing at the crazy shit in that movie.

I generally believe in watching a bad film through to its bitter end but honestly if I get really bored I just think of the more enjoyable things i could be doing with my time and i walk out. nothing lost. i can watch it again if i want to.

Fant4stic is a vastly. VASTLY superior film to Spirit of Vengeance
