 I mean, I like Raiders don't get me wrong, and Jaws is .. ok. But they are both incredibly overrated films that did not connect with me like most people it would seem and the fact that they knocked out Empire and The Godfather, both superior films in every way and among my all time favorites, makes me not even care which one ends up winning.

I love Indy. It's ridiculously entertaining and beautifully put together. 

 

Jaws is still better.  It's even more beautifully put together with the addition of better acting and dialogue and far more human moments.

Raiders is a worthy winner....even though JAWS is my all time fave movie and I think it is flawless, Raiders is very very close behind.  

 

I'm just happy to see two classic films make the finals.  Good job forums.
