The Stranger Things sandwiches things died the moment they announced it. Literally every comment was "Why are you ripping off the Ellen Oscars pizza bit?" At least the girl scout cookies raised money for a good cause.

Seems like best picture winners in the past are quite different from today.

 

Seemed more like audience and oscars were more in sync.
