Oh. Blue Beetle being mentored by Cyborg would be interesting.

Ok now that would be a pretty awesome movie! Love the idea and I hope it happens!

I want a Wonder Woman mentoring Flash movie. Much like IM/SM in Homecoming.

That'd be pretty interesting. I wonder what their dynamic would be like.

There are so many off base comments in these posts.  Do any of you ever think about screen space and others films in the market?

Justice League is going to have less than a month to run strong (with more limited screen space than BvS had) until it gets choked out of many theaters.

Atomic Blonde may do well, but space is also more limited, it is Focus Features and it wasn't that well reviewed out of SXSW.

Wonder Woman can help boost Justice League, but unless they make huge changes it is a more Bro skewing film mothers and daughters aren't going to give a shit about.

This is a very good point. December has 9 wide releases (assuming Shape of Water goes wide) and potentially 10-11 depending on what Sony does with Ridley's new movie and Roman Israel. JL will be out of nearly every midsize theater by Christmas, especially considering SW and PP3 will take up multiple screens.

Justice league is going to be cannabilized by a ton of movies including TR. It'll be lucky to do upper 700's. I could see it finishing behind TR, GotgV2, WW, and SH. That would be fycking hilarious.

WW of course helps JL attract audience.
But this new type of audience are more sensitive to comments(Oh RT LAWS)I think. The comments will make them recall the viewing experience of WW,  ,,,,,,   or BVS.Even the girls will just take their parents to watch it only once if it's not good.
So just wait. Haven't know that.

The point of the JL bil prediction is its opening Weekend.

Normal Movies make about 700-800ww in a November run add in JL Opening Weekend which is gonna be much bigger than most.

I disagree...I think Thor is actually going to get choked out pre-Christmas, but I think JL will hold a screen through the Christmas holidays...if you look at releases...

Thor Nov 3 - Out when Star 8 opens (only one super gets the Xmas audience and this one opens 2 weeks earlier)

Bad Moms Xmas Nov 3 - Tough Call - it may stay just to Xmas

Murder Orient Express Nov 10 - Could stay through Xmas - depends on quality and reception

The Star Nov 10 - Could stay through Xmas - depends on quality and reception

JL Nov 17 - Assuming this stays through NY rush

Coco Nov 22 - Not optimistic about this one - but probably only Coco or Star will be around for the Christmas goodies

Nov 30 weekend - No movies here will stay through Xmas

Dec 8 weekend - No movies here will stay with anything more than 1/2 screen through Xmas

Dec 15 weekend - Star 8 will get 4 screens for Xmas, Ferdinand will get 1

Dec 22 weekend - PP3 and Jumanji will get 1 screen for Xmas

Dec 25 weekend - 1 to 2 screens for openers

So, the way I see it, a 12 screen theater will look like this Dec 25...

Star 8 4 screens

PP3 1 screen

Jumanji 1 screen

Greatest Show 1 screen

Ferdinand 1 screen

Some other Dec 25 opener or Oscar bait movie 1 screen

Old animated 1 screen (possibly a share)

Old super 1 screen (could be a share, but I think it will be all JL)

Old adult movie 1 screen (possibly a share between the 2 bigs)

JL having 4 screens for Thanksgiving and then keeping a screen for Xmas/New Year's sets it up for a big take...especially since the market is dead between JL and Star 8, except for Coco, which I don't think will be a player...

This is how I see a 12-plex over Christmas:

Star Wars

Star Wars

Star Wars

Star Wars

Pitch Perfect

Pitch Perfect

Jumanji

Greatest Showman

Downsizing

Bastards

Ferdinand

Disaster Artist/Shape of Water

If Sony is releasing another movie wide on Christmas, either take out DA/SOW or one SW screen.

This is going to benefit from Jumanji double features.

47MD is having a terrific run

DM3 is killing it internationally

Beguiled and Big Sick doing well for platforms

GOTG2 might hit 390

WW another amazing hold

Why must JL be mentioned at all?
