Fox Searchlight honestly should've released it in the summer when it could've served as adult-friendly counterprogramming. They should have had a limited NY release the weekend before the US Open started...then spent the 1st week of the US Open hyping it and opened it wider limited on the middle weekend and enjoyed another week of press there and gone fully wide on the final weekend (Labor Day, when there was nothing)...it would be SO cheap to market it there, you'd probably get every fan of tennis to go, and the US Open is the one tennis event that does get non tennis US people to "check it out" (and would have this year with all the American girls winning - what a combo looking back that would have been) - and those casuals are probably also your fan base:)... WrathOfHan
That's a very good expansion for The Florida Project Meanwhile, everything in over 1k theaters outside of the top 3 had a sub-2k PTA. Well, it's better than where September was at, I guess.
