It does gets worse as it goes along. Honestly the beginning of the book is pretty decent.

I don't need to finish a book to know it's bad when the first third sucks balls. It's not like a movie where I know it'll be over relatively soon

I don’t know if me trying to read RPO is hate or more I just can’t get into this.  Another book I’ve never made past the first chapter is Dune

Ready Player One is a pretty enjoyable read. I remain shocked that it somehow escaped the YA label because it totally reads like a YA book in plotting and writing style, but it's fun.

I try to read a new book but i become disinterested and reread my lord of the rings or harry potter books

Florida is weird, man.  I'm not connected to the scene at all and even I get multiple heads up/requests from friends/other parents on Facebook, email, etc.
