Wednesday Numbers: Crazy Rich Asians 5M

Recommended Posts

3 hours ago, baumer said:

WTF are you talking about?  5 million is huge.  If DL wasn't so click happy and they reported the right number to begin with, this place would be overjoyed with 5 million.

It’s not a bad number. I was making fun of people thinking $6 million, and places like deadline saying it bombed.

Other than celebrity and movie news, deadline sucks now a days.

hey, I have been put into the movies, no one will tell me why, and no one will object to my suicide threats.

What do I do?

Edit.  Did not see the original or previous tweet.

Matrix, call a friend or family member or the suicide prevention hotline (1-800-273-8255) if you're feeling this confused and despondent.

what happens if somehow your life gets into the movies, (without your permission) but you do not know how, and the people who did it will not answer you?

is that wrong?

should I just kill myself?  I feel like I cannot move out of bed until I am dead.  what do I do?

Bro, you ok? Seriously. Even Mentioning suicide or joking about it or saying it in jest it's kind of scary. What's going on?

Blackkklansman as of right now is the best film I've seen this year. It's a film that really makes you uncomfortable and yet entertains you educates you in edifies you all at once. It's a film I think everybody at least in North America should see.

stories from my life made it into the movies.

I went to rehab....  got out in 2013, and communicating with the outside world has been like prison.  basically no communication.

but my life made it in the 2018 movies and somehow my story got out.  but without my permission.  so I am basically a prisoner screaming for help.

suicide seems like a humane option in this particular crisis.

I'm going to repeat this post b/c it's important

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary often solvable problem.   You need to find help and to take car of yourself instead.

Even if your life story were put in the movies it was most likely distorted as with most films.  It also could be about problems and actions that pertain to millions of other people.

Please call the Suicide Prevention Hotline - 1-800-273-8255 - there will be people there that will listen and have experience.  If you have a sponsor call them.   If you've relapsed go to back to rehab or at  least find an AA meeting.   Or go to a hospital.  There is help for you out there.
