So Blunder Park is over performing? That is like a buffet over performing expectations by being bland rather than being a health hazard.

 

Any way this park still is having low attendance so shut it down.

So it will have the typical MCU 50-55 % second-week drop. I don't understand what made some people think this would have a Wonder Woman/Black Panther-like second frame decrease, when it is quite evident that the actual word of mouth for CM is ok, not spectacular like those other two films.

You do realize that Captain Marvel will probably out gross Wonder Woman both at the domestic and worldwide box office right???

 

Why is CM being compared to Black Panther?? I don’t understand that logic. CM was never going to match the box office success of BP. Nobody on this board expected it too. Imo.

No one thought that, stop projecting.

 

Everyone was glad with anything under 60% and we are actually more surprised by this hold after the weekend numbers and wednesday drop.

CM hold is surprising good this weekend , especially when factoring Disney renting out empty theaters to goose the OW numbers

It s crazy to think If Alita had the magical red Marvel Logo on the billboard, it would have probably made 250m dom minimum.

Or maybe not, who knows ?
