Also with this number Aladdin gets its 3x multiplier in 28 days. ALSO Aladdin becomes the first 2019 movie to not drop below $2 million in its first month in theaters. RamblinRed Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 really good hold for SLOP2 with TS4 coming out - though you have to think that SLOP2 is somewhat earlier showtime driven so losing screens to TS4 in the evening may not have hurt it as bad as a movie that plays more late at night. Friday will be a good test of how well it will hold. MIB stayed above 2, so it's drop was about what I expected (around 20%), but at least it is not collapsing like XDP. KOTM continues its trend of 15%+ Thursday drops, it's done that every week. This was actually its worst Thursday drop so far. Great hold for Aladdin. It's catching up to AWE and IJ very quickly.
