Heretic
Yeah, IT presales are very strong. I'm expecting at least £6m. £7-8m might even possible.

Heretic
Strange that there's such a big descrepancy. I expect it's around £46m though as it's impossible it made so almost £2m since last week.

Very strong for September if it does the top end, I wonder if we might see more admits than last September which had Bridget Jones's Baby, I think if Kingsman can crack £6-8m five days then it's doable. Next weekend looks strong with mother!, American Assassin and Victoria and Abdul.
The Dark Alfred
Dunkirk will reach all time top 20 this weekend, overtaking Fantastic Beasts and Harry Potter 2. Next up on the list is Casino Royale.

There is an obvious mistake on insidekino. Still need £2 mln more to pass DM2 and Minions.
Heretic
Midnight showings are looking very strong for IT. Pre-sales tomorrow night are insane, they're easily blockbuster level. This is going to be by far the biggest horror opening ever. It's an event movie, and the marketing campaign has been absolutely huge. Every single London bus has advertising for this.

I think £6-7m is more likely but that's still huge considering the biggest September opening apart from Bridget was Legend with £5m. Insane that September is going to be bigger than August this year with IT and Kingsman plus mother! and Victoria and Abdul

Krissykins
IT was sold out at my showing last night on SuperScreen at Cineworld, massive room obviously. What's the record for a horror opening in the UK?

Aristis
Capturing a big 86% share of the Top 5 films in the market, the UK opened to an estimated $4.5M on Friday from 1,342 screens, becoming the biggest opening day ever for a horror film and chalking up the biggest opening day for the studio in 2017. - Deadline That seems to be huge...
