Heretic
Seems Paddington could top £40m and match Frozen. Incredible run it's having. Ian Sandwell @ian_sandwell The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies adds around £3.3m for £37.4m to date in the UK. Should mean Theory is number one due to previews. Better. DoS had a £3.2m weekend at same point (And much bigger drop), to stand at £37.3m.

Olive
The Theory of Everything $5.7m (£3.74m) The Imitation Game stands at $22m (£14.4m) The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies led the way with $4.95m (£3.24m). $56.1m (£36.7m) to date. Paddington boosted 11% on its way to a $4.3m (£2.8m) sixth weekend for a mighty $47m (£30.8m) The Woman in Black: Angel of Death scared up an impressive $3.7m (£2.4m) from its 445 sites http://www.screendaily.com/news/theory-of-everything-debuts-top-of-uk-chart/5081444.article?blocktitle=LATEST-FILM-NEWS-HEADLINES&contentID=42422
Jonwo
Big Hero 6 did £470,000 for its one day previews which is impressive considering it wasn't advertised and the number of family films on the market. Bodes well for its actual opening. Birdman did decently as well, I imagine it'll have legs with awards season in full swing.
catlover
Go Paddington! I love that movie! I wanted it to be the biggest of the year, but 2nd biggest is great too.
SchumacherFTW
No Birdman expansion like I wanted this weekend can't be too upset though, I have a chance at seeing Foxcatcher.

Jonwo
Plus it wasn't even a full release for that day, it only had half of the major chains showing it. Even more impressive, the only competition it has family film is Shaun the Sheep so I think it'll have a good run. Itll probably not do Lego Movie numbers but WIR numbers would be good. snitch
I don't know what is happening but you can see the OS markets in BOM, it's just that it is very strange. When you open the International section, choose a country - let's say Australia. It will open the the boxoffice for Nov 13-16, from there click the weekend boxoffice button and you will see all the data up to last week. PhilipJ2001
Into The Woods is doing really well for us. Paddington still amazing and Hobbit holding strong as well. Theory is down about 15% on last weekend.
Heretic
Ian Sandwell @ian_sandwell The Theory of Everything posts minimal drop, excluding previews, to add £2.6m for £8m to date in the UK. £20m may be within reach, definitely topping Imitation Game. Ian Sandwell @ian_sandwell · 2h2 hours ago Into the Woods hits a £2.5m note on its UK bow to chart third, behind Theory and Taken 3 (this week's champion - estimates around 7pm). Nice opening.
