I don't think Spideyverse will cut into The FLash's box office take that much, but right now it is looking as if Spiderverse will probably do better overall the "The FLash".

This might sound a bit conspiratorial, but I almost wonder if an EXCELLENT multiverse movie releasing two weeks before The Flash will hurt its critical reception. I can already picture snarky critics unfavorably comparing ATSV to The Flash in their reviews.

I'm don't know about that, I saw many many Youtubers reacting to trailers with their parents, and I saw 
several cry when Keaton appeared.
People forget about MoS fans as well, I'm pretty sure many of them will wanna watch Zod & Faora fighting Supergirl.

I got free passes for a screening on 7th June. Let us see  how it goes. I dont think I will get post credit scene but I am hoping the full movie that will be show on 5th to critics will be shown on 7th.
