We'll see how Flash goes since I feel like that's another one that could collapse.

I don't see how The Flash can collapse opening weekend. Underperfom relative to the bullish predictions? Sure. But collapsing just does not seem possible considering the reception and numbers from the trailer. Maybe if the movie is terrible it can collapse in the long run, but opening weekend I find really unlikely.

I enjoyed the first Shazam! but the sequel just looks boring, which shouldn't be the case for a superhero movie that has Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, and Rachel Zegler as its villains (seriously, how do you make the concept of those three as comic book antagonists not interesting?). Unless it gets solid reviews, I might end up skipping it in theaters.

Shazam 2's second trailer might be the worst piece of steaming shit I've ever seen. The first trailer wasn't my cup of mud but the second one removed all the humor and tone that made it distinguishable from just being a poorly acted CGI pile of donkey crap.

This and Ant-Man's marketing both suffer the same problem of "we're gonna take this intentionally small-scale and goofy silliness and make it EPIC and SERIOUS", which just alienates both fans and the GA. But like at least Ant-Man has the excuse of featuring the new Thanos, so it makes a bit more sense to be more dramatic and raise up the stakes. Shazam has no reason to act all "epic". It's so dumb.
