According to Screendaily.com Frozen stands at 753,5 OS, +9,9M$ in mon-tue-wed (99,99% in Japan). So we have a toho x 64.8 (adding 5000 admissions lost in tuesday) in this midweek, for a 4-days total of 13,1M$. (as mfantin correctly predicted)

To be honest I ll have to change my first guess. I guessed the week would be 27.25M so I need 12.35M weekend to get it right. 

So you can change my prediction to 12.35 to get it right with the other prediction of the week.

But Corpse on worlofkkj.com says it made $11.2m from Mon to Thur.

Thursday was a national discount day.

Tohox was 75 last week on weekdays not including wed. Probably 75 today and Monday with few children discounts. 68 on tues holiday, and 60 on wed-thur with discounts. should be 68 for the next 4 days

Looking at tomorrow's presale, I think the situation is not as good as Tuesday but better than last Saturday.

So, if the number is better than 60000 , I'd call it a success.

Of course, I need to see further presale information tomorrow morning.

Looking back on last GW , I find today could be the lowest adm day .

So, I think if we can see 10k in the afternoon and 25k in the evening, it's good .

The real fight comes in the next four consecutive holidays ~

So, if the number is better than 60000 , I'd call it a success.

Of course, I need to see further presale information tomorrow morning.

On Toho there are fewer screen soldout but much many big screen than tuesday and last saturday, with a 50-80% saturation.

A 200 seats show soldout in preasale are 200 admissions at maximum, but a 500 seats show with 70% saturation in presale are 350 admissions, and there are another 150 seats avaliable for last minute purchase.

The deluxe version of Frozen soundtrack which includes all of the Japanese version of the songs is officially released this Saturday, but has been available in CD stores since Friday. In just one day, there were already sell out reports from various stores.

 

Btw my prediction for the weekend is 10.10m.

you mite be rite but I gotto go w my gut. I cant say 9m and hope for a higher number. I think tuesday sellouts will cause WOM to reach a fever pitch and we will see something extraordinary. I saw a few sellouts and a few 50- 80%. But with larger screens it could mean as big numbers as tues. I imagine a lot were turned away on tues. Not this time. They need more S-A too, high saturation. 90k+ on sat or sun or both. With 20% more seats 30% more at other chain 100k would be amazing!4for 4 on latest toho numbers. 2 more and you win lottery Edited by mfantin65

With 60000, I'd kill myself.

It was 57000 last Saturday, 60k would just be a 5% jump. 8M weekend. The kind of increase a Conan flick gets on GW without gaining any seats. Worse than the jump of a Doraemon. Plain awful.

 

No less than 70k, or my dinner will fall into the lavatory.
