Visually Beautiful Movies

Recommended Posts

Very few blockbuster films can compete with Potter when it comes to cinematography, one of the things I'm most proud about when it comes to this series.

Anyways, Half-Blood Prince was the first film I thought of when I saw the title of this thread. Delbonnel should have won best cinematographer that year...and DH1 and DH2 - although visually beautiful - were both a step down from the sixth instalment. Almost every critic who reviewed the film mentioned and praised its cinematography.....

the most beautifull scene + the most powerful track in the entire series = the best potter scene.

I cry every time I watch it, actually I'm crying right now

POA is by far, the most magical HP movie. the only ones that came close were HBP and POS

Seriously this shit needs to stop. You Potter fans must have been dropped on your head as a child. Edited by Jessie

Depends on how you define beauty I suppose. I thought the scenes in the Capitol showing the city and architecture were well done and nice to look at.

Hunger Games had a few striking shots, but otherwise, I was quite underwhelmed by the cinematography.
