Does look like so far it's being well liked. Good. I definitely think it's overrated, with people over-praising a weak copy of much better films for simply not being Bay, and having some heart and being coherent. However, it is such a vast improvement over the last four Bay movies, that I get it, it's nice to have something of quality, even if it's being blown out of proportion. And it's the right direction for the franchise so China getting on board will be a huge boost and allow the next movie to continue in this direction and build upon Bumblebee's groundwork.

WoM seems to be fine with a 9.1 and 4x PS

It is overrated. It's very formulaic but it's a simple story, well told, well made, coherently and strong action scenes, it's funny, it's got heart. It's a 7/10 film but yeah.

I don’t think how you can think it’s overrated when you give it a 7/10. MC is at 66 and average RT critical score is 7.1. It’s also at 7.3 on IMDB.

Paramount never changes. BBB has everything Bayformers had, but just manages to keep amounts of Bayhem in the right range.

 

BBB wont be close to VM or AQ. But should have a solid run for its own.

 

1B is the o/u benchmark.

Yeahh. Im just not seeing that big bump today for BB. 

I really thought after last night it could do great on saturday. Its doing good. But not great.

But Saturday bump is good. Shall do $25mn today and 9.1 Mayoan scorers usually have 2.25-2.5x range legs. Besides the rational me is still $125-150mn only.

Because the percentage on RT is imo too high, Aquaman is much lower and is an infinitely superior film imo. RT is super flawed anyway. Also, I never would take IMDB user scores very seriously.
