Not necessarily.  Summer weekdays and legs due to great rating can get it there

it seems that maoyan kind of frozen , spiderman is frozen, however in the site were the ratings are it seems that it already hit 212

 

 

yep it stuck in the same for 5 minutes lol , now it goes up but still some of the movies go up normal, however spidey and an another movie have stuck

Idk, when Maoyan freezes I thought it was to adjust the numbers down, but since Maoyan won't go down it just waits for it to go back to that number to start increasing again.
