fishstick
So Hobbit's friday and saturday were overestimated quite a bit, in turn the sunday hold is quite a bit better. Prefer that to the other way round. can you post estimated breakdown and actual one cause I really can`t see the difference. Friday (with midnights) is still $37 something mio, Saturday is still $27 something mio so I don`t know where that significant overestimation in those two days is. Numbers look the same to me. BOMB! stuart360
Its a bit early talking about Sunday being a sign of strong WOM , it went up 600k yes but it had an 84mil weekend, 600k is nothing really, if Sunday had gone up 2 or 3 mil then maybe. Jake Gittes
JESUS. That wouldn't be good. But I can't see that happening. It'd be perfectly fine. Pretty much the same drop I Am Legend had, and that didn't have as much family appeal.
Dementeleus
Can you tell me why you think it will fall that much?I'm going off 2007 and IAL until we start seeing what other films might be better indicators. $7.5-8m Monday, using IAL. Robertron
Most things dropped BOO!!And Sony really can't afford to make Skyfall lose half a mil with actuals if they want $300m.. Well at least they ain't gonna pull a PR like Paramount; rather theyll have the film legit get there!
