QT was the 90s. With just 2 films he defined a decade. But I'm not sure his work after that has been prolific enough to suggest he defined this era.

I re-did the calculations for Friday ticket sales.Hobbit sold 1.103M tickets (50% 3D share - 12$ 3D ticket, 8$ 2D ticket)Django sold 1.212M tickets (8$ 2D ticket)

Just curious. Where did the 50% 3D share come from? Usually, a 3D film sell fewer 3D tickets as it progresses.

ADF says Django budget is $89 mio. I don`t know where they got the info but they sound confident. $60 mio for LM and $89 mio for DU:http://awardsdailyfo...869#post1529869Either way, DU should clean up $100 mio by the end of next week or something and it`s a gravy train from there.
