Ray Subers tweeted that people will try and blame the weather but not to buy it, 10-12% impact, tops.Hmmm.

Well 10-12% is more than enough to blame the weather, so I don't know what he's getting at.  The weather is clearly a factor considering the drops for all films and the Tuesday drops for children's films (evening business was hit).

If everybody who wants to see Robocop is forced to wait until the weekend that would give the 3-day a boost, right?

the delay adds more opportunity for the wom to kick in. so depends on the quality of movie. people forced to wait for lego will come back strong over the weekend. robocop will at least loose a few imo.

I agree. I am not seeing any disastrous Wednesday drops.

I wouldn't say they're disastrous, but some films were definitely hit harder than others (Ride Along, Lone Survivor, e.g.). Definitely think that's to do with RoboCop as well and not just weather. That being said, weather probably won't be as much a factor after today and maybe early Friday, so I agree on that end.

Right but most of these would've done only about 10% or so better without the weather problems.

I'm not disputing necessarily, but what are you basing that figure on?

Either way, 10% is significant. Especially to theater owners who have employees to pay and concessions to sell.
