I hope this is a really good film.  They were a massive voice for my generation.  Sure, I'm white and grew up in Canada, but I still listened to a lot of rap growing up and NWA was one of the best.  

 

Love that Giamatti is in this.

The first three tracks off of Straight Outta Compton (Straight Outta Compton, F**k the Police and Gangsta Gangsta) gotta be the hardest-hitting 10 minutes in hip-hop history (alongside Wu-Tang's 36 Chambers, perhaps). 

 

Btw, the trailer should have started with: You are now about to witness the strength of street knowledge.

 

Also, Menace II Society >>> Boyz n the Hood. Gyeah!
