I'm watching Tarzan. Deep Canvas was amazing.

I hope Disney can get the technology used for Paperman up for a full feature.

yeah hand drawn animation wise Tarzan is probably the peak for WDAS... i am really looking forward to Feast. As far as i know this will also use some rendering techinque mimicking hand drawn (though i suspect that its going in a different direction than paperman)

It's definitely up there. Pinocchio might be a bit more impressive, since it didn't have computer assist, but Tarzan really uses the advances in technology well.

I think Pinocchio is the best hand drawn animated film of all-time.

What's crazy is it could be pushing close to 600 by Sunday.   DOFP is going down very quickly WW.

Second. The Thief and the Cobbler, even unfinished, is the best.

Good to see some love for this. If it had been finished as intended, with Richard Williams at the helm, it probably would have still come out after Aladdin, it probably would have still tanked (especially since it was being released by WB, who always had notoriously bad luck with animated features), and Williams may well have still retired early from animation, but at least we would have a visual triumph.
