I think everyone agrees with you. The problem is too many derailments create too much chaos. And this is not the Dark Knight so chaos does not have to rule. Its like there's no common sense people just post ridiculous gifs after gifs after giff after gif and it slows the site down and makes incredibly hard for people on mobile to get on the site. People just dont use common sense and perhaps if they did then the derailments would ve fine. think the Romans would be fine. This is not the official posiion of the site this is just my position.

I understand that, I use mobile a lot and gifs can make it hard sometimes. It didn't use to be terrible, only just recently did it really get all that bad.

Its just a classic case of abuse. I'll give you an example not that you need one but here's one anyway. The bus company I work for had mechanics in the shop....ones that work on the buses....they used to change the oil on employees cars for free. That's just regular workers getting a nice servicen for free. The employees started to abuse the system and brought their car in for things like getting your light bulbs changed or your brakes looked at and of course it escalated from there and the company said okay you are now and absing a privilege and now no one can do anything anymore it's completely shut down. A few idiots abuse the system and now everybody suffers for it. That's exactly what happened here.

3rd UPDATE, Friday, 5:32 PM: Based on 4 PM numbers, this three-for-the-money weekend looks like of the newcomers, Fox’s Dawn of the Planet of the Apes could take anywhere from $36M to $38M for the three-day in its second weekend out. The Purge: Anarchyis starting to see its Friday Night horror crowd on the East Coast so the estimates below are still on the mark. However, Sony’s Sex Tape is, by all accounts, looking a bit weaker and now looks like it might be in the $18.6M to low $20M range. Same holds true for Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue which may end up under the $20M mark after the dust clears. It’s still early, but that’s what the box office ticker tape looks like tonight. Rounding out the Top Five is, of course, Paramount’s Transformers: Age of Extinction in its fourth week which is estimated to take in roughly $8M for the three-day.

I dont like this. Takes all the surprise out of the weekend. Just because they can figure the 3-day at 1pm doesnt mean they need to. Just give us Fridays.
