WB is holding a fan screening near me on Saturday, February 10th. That's brilliant timing for families with kids to see it early and spread the word. I entered a drawing for 4 tickets. There's a movie date with my favorite adopted nieces coming up if I win.

The news is surely not exciting , but actually kind of good. That is longer than the LEGO movie by 4 minutes. The thing is , the number of minutes of an animated movie is very important because you don't want the kids to get distracted towards the end if it is too long and boring. If the LEGO Batman movie is a giant piece of crap, WB would cut it under 100 minutes. By allowing it to go to 104 minutes, I guess the movie won't be as bad as one might think. Hopefully it is decent, that's all I can ask for.

The soundtrack of LEGO Batman will include a lot of pop songs from various artists, which I don't think is the same case for the LEGO movie back in 2014.

I think WB would be happy with a $50M opening (I think it could open with a $55M-$60M opening).

Some reactions to the LEGO batman movie. But bear in mind, it can be some marketing ploy or tricks by WB as they might selectively allow people who like the movie to give out the reviews first. For people who dislike the movie, later. So, keep a tight rein on your expectations and wait until the RT score is out. The tweets are just for reference.
