I think those who want to complain will say that it is an overstuffed sequel or is missing that magic of the first one even if it is very entertaining movie with much better action scenes/set pieces and fun characters.

I hope it does but it's always difficult recapturing the magic of movies like Kingsman, just look at the Men in Black franchise for details.
